BuyerMatch.ai ("we," "us") operates https://www.buyermatch.ai, a platform that connects property sellers with independent third-party cash buyers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who it is shared with.
2. Information we collect
When you request buyer matches we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the property and transaction details you choose to share (such as condition, occupancy, price expectations, mortgage context, and timeline). We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser information for security and analytics purposes.
3. How we use it
We use your information to (a) match your property with cash buyers in our network, (b) share your inquiry with those matched buyers so they can contact you with offers, (c) provide seller support, and (d) operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated marketing lists.
4. Who we share it with
Your inquiry is shared with the buyers our system matches to your property so they can evaluate it and contact you. It is also processed by service providers who host our infrastructure and deliver our communications. Matched buyers are independent businesses; once introduced, their use of your information is also governed by their own practices.
5. Calls and text messages
If you opt in to SMS updates, you agree to receive calls and text messages — including automated and prerecorded messages — about your property inquiry from BuyerMatch.ai and your matched buyers at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your matches — you'll still receive them by email.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing offers@buyermatch.ai. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, which we honor upon verified request.
7. Data retention & security
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
